Use the link below to reach my online appointment scheduling system.  This system requires the creation of an account and a credit card.  Your card will not be charged immediately.  This information is gathered to enforce my cancellation policy.  You may elect to pay by another method at the time of your appointment.

If you do not wish to enter your credit card information to make an appointment, please go to the "contact me" link and send me a message.  I will be happy to make your appointment via email or phone.  Regular clients with an established cash/check payment history can set up an online log in and password without the use of a credit card the next time they are in the office or via email.
