Therapeutic Massage (Back to Top)
The therapeutic massage that I offer is a combination of relaxation massage and deep tissue work. Prior to the session, I will discuss your specific goals for the day. Please mention any muscle tension or tightness that you may be experiencing. Then I will tailor the session to your specific needs for that day.
The following guidelines may help you decide what length session to schedule:
60 minutes ($80): My most popular length session. Ideal for a relaxation massage to address the body as a whole. Deeper muscle massage will be added where indicated. Works all the major muscle groups.
75 minutes ($95): This is a good length session if you want to address the body as a whole, but have an area of tension that needs extra attention. (neck or back for expample).
90 minutes ($110): This is a great choice for athletes, it allows time to address the whole body, plus two or more focus areas.
30 miutes ($50): This is a good choice if you just want a specific area of tension worked out. A common choice is the neck and back to address the most frequent area where people hold stress.

Hot Stone Therapy (Back to Top)
Hot Stone Therapy 90 Minutes ($125) This type of bodywork combines traditional massage with the deep penetrating heat of 50 specialized volcanic stones. These stones are used for their ability to store heat and transfer it into your muscles.
Hot Stone Therapy improves the function of your lymphatic and immune systems, and enhances your body’s self-healing mechanisms. This style of bodywork takes you into deep states of relaxation, releasing stress and anxiety, detoxifying the body, and balancing your nervous system. It makes a great mini, tropical vacation during the cold winter months.
Add Hot Stones to Therapeutic Massage (+$15) No time for a full stone massage? I will add 8-10 hot stones onto your regular length session and apply the penetrating heat to your back and legs. Please mention when scheduling so the stones can be preheated.
Chair Massage (Back to Top)
Chair massage utilizes a specialized seat in which the client relaxes in a supported, position between kneeling and sitting, with the neck and back accessible to the massage therapist. The massage is performed through the client’s shirt and no oil is used. The massage focuses on the neck, back shoulders, arms and hands, the most common areas where people hold stress and tension. Each massage is 10-20 minutes, depending on the number of people in your group and the time allotted. On-site massage can be incorporated into your workplace on a regular (bi-weekly or monthly) basis, after a particularly stressful deadline, or just for a special occasion such as a holiday or birthday. Chair massage also makes a unique and relaxing addition to any gathering, office party, summer picnic, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or wedding reception.
