Help me to eliminate phone tag!

As my practice grows and I have more clients per day, the are times that I am not able to answer the phone.  In an effort to decrease the phone tag cycle, I would like to propose these ways that you can help me to serve you better.

If you need to talk to me, leave a message or send me an email.  I will respond.

It is not necessary to talk to me for appointment scheduling.  Please consider these 3 alternatives that eliminate the need for a phone call:

1)     Schedule online.  Log in and create an acoount.  Once verified, you will then be able to view all of my available appointments for the next week and schedule the one that suits you best.  It is actually easier than talking to me and comparing calendars.

2)     Set up a reoccurring appointment.  It is much easier to cancel a reoccurring appointment than to try to get into my schedule on short notice.  Your spot will be guaranteed.

Reoccurring appointments can be:

a.      Same time every week.

b.      Same time every other week.

c.       Same day once a month (for example the first Thursday of the month at 1PM). 

d.     Any other interval that suites your schedule

3)     Schedule your next appointment before leaving the office after your massage.  What could be easier?
